Summary

As a Senior Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for driving product development initiatives and overseeing multiple programmes within the value streams. We are seeking a highly adaptable, outcome-oriented individual, capable of navigating complexity while being comfortable with ambiguity.

Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders will be essential in driving efficiency, simplicity, a pragmatic approach, and rapid adoption of agile practices across the organisation.

An ideal candidate should be a hands-on leader, requiring minimal supervision, acting as a coordinator, coach, and enabler—turning business strategy into execution and delivering clear outcomes while fostering team growth and agility.

What You’ll Do

• Programme Ownership: Lead end-to-end delivery across game development and platform teams. Own timelines, outcomes, and release readiness.
  
  
• Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration: Understand and navigate the nuances of working across multiple functions, including Engineering, Product Design, DevOps, QE, and others while coordinating across distributed teams.
  
  
• Agile Delivery Excellence: Champion agile methodologies (Agility@Scale, Scrum, Kanban), optimising frameworks and processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and speed to market. Facilitate planning, retrospectives, and alignment ceremonies.
  
  
• Technical & Business Translation: Confidently engage in discussions with software engineers and architects, understanding system implications, while also translating technical delivery into business-friendly language for key stakeholders.
  
  
• Stakeholder Management: Engage with senior stakeholders, including executives, cross-functional teams, and capability leads, to ensure clear communication, expectation management, and alignment on delivery priorities.
  
  
• Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks and blockers and effectively manage trade-offs to ensure seamless product and game development cycles.

• Growth Coaching: Act as a servant leader and agile coach, mentoring teams to improve autonomy, delivery confidence, and collaboration maturity.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience in a senior delivery leadership role within an agile environment, preferably in the gaming or tech industry.
  
  
• Strong understanding of platform architecture, backend systems, APIs, and integrations. Confident in holding technical conversations.
  
  
• Growth mindset, demonstrating strong delivery posture, and taking full ownership of outcomes. Acting with clarity, driving alignment, and holding teams to high standards.
  
  
• Proven experience working closely with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Producers, and Cross-functional teams.
  
  
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  
  
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks that support Agility@Scale (certifications are a plus).
  
  
• Practical experience driving and aligning delivery using OKRs and value-based metrics.
  
  
• Strong risk management skills, ensuring proactive identification and resolution of delivery challenges.
  
  
• Proficiency with industry-standard tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, and others.
  
  
• Exposure to game compliance and regulated environments (e.g. UKGC, MGA) is a plus.
  
  
• Technical background (e.g. engineering, systems, or infrastructure) is a plus.
  
  
• Passion for gaming, technology, and agile innovation.
